Terms of Use
The app “Aqail: Your day, sorted smartly” · Last updated: October 16, 2026
By using Aqail, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and clear.
The service
Aqail helps you organize your tasks, meetings and lists by voice and text, and reminds you of them. We develop it continuously, and we may add features, change them, or discontinue some of them.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for the device you sign in from.
- Do not use Aqail for anything that violates the law, harms others, or to harass people through shared lists.
- You can delete your account and all your data from Settings at any time.
Content
The tasks and lists you add are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, such as sorting them with AI and sending reminders, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Shared lists are visible to all of their members.
Artificial intelligence
Sorting and drafts are produced by AI, which can make mistakes with a date, a time, or understanding. Review tasks before saving them, and do not rely on it alone for important appointments.
Plans and payment
- There is a free plan and paid plans, with usage limits shown inside the app.
- Subscriptions are made through the Apple or Google store, and their terms for renewal, cancellation and refunds apply to them.
- Codes and gifts activate a plan for a set period, and cannot be converted into money.
Availability
We strive to keep the service running at all times, but it may occasionally stop for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Reminders on your phone keep working even if the server is down.
Limitation of liability
Aqail is an assistive tool, and we provide it “as is”. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on it, such as a missed appointment, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
If we make a significant change to these terms, we will notify you inside the app before it takes effect.
